Self-care is the new trend and I’m here for it. I’m embracing it full-heartedly. You have to take care of you in order to take care of others. Read that again!
I want to put self-care first on the list and for me that means a photoshoot. Yes, I do selfies all the time but I want to book my own boudoir photoshoot this year.

When I tell people what I do, I often get ‘oh, I’ve always wanted to do a boudoir photo session’ well, why wait? Are you waiting for that last 15-20 lbs to magically dissappear or for some day that may never happen?

We are doing all these things but you beat yourself up about all the things you should be doing - I should be losing 15 lbs, I should be healthier, I should, I should, I should... should-ing all over yourself!
Now ask the same question again from the top, but make it big, 10x bigger. Dream bigger than you can imagine. Someone has waived a magic wand. Aim high (ps: this was my high school motto) Now what needs to happen to make this possible?
